Right of withdrawal for consumers

(Consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly not attributable to his commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandra Nawroth, Gartenwinkel 1, 04158 Leipzig, e-mail address: hundeblickfang@web.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price start during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount equal to the proportion of the services already provided up to the date on which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Grounds for exclusion or termination

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of services.

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services which obliges the consumer to pay a price with the complete provision of the service, if the consumer has expressly consented before the commencement of the provision of the service by the trader before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires with the full performance of the contract by the trader.
